Running a BJC
The British Juggling Convention is organised by a different team of volunteers each time, and it needs YOU to make sure it can continue to run, year after year!
If you'd like to take the plunge and commit yourself to running a BJC of your own, there are a few things you can do to prepare:
Come to this year's BJC! Speak to the crew, volunteer, and see how it all works behind the scenes.
Attend the BJC meeting. This happens at the end of the convention, and it's where attendees get the opportunity to discuss the event, thank the organisers, and raise any concerns they have. It's also where future teams put in bids for upcoming years, so if you want to get involved, come along! This meeting is open to everybody, and the time and location will be posted on the workshop board during the event.
Read the BJC Wiki. If you want to run a BJC, read this first! The Wiki is full of essential information, including advice on making your bid and running your BJC.
